Job Title: Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Beauty Brand

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our beauty brand team on a part-time basis. This position requires approximately 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 20 hours per week. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to social media management, email management, content recreation, and more.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and schedule social media posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Hootsuite.
– Utilize Canva and Cap Cut, along with other content creation apps, to recreate content based on the materials provided.
– Create engaging Instagram stories, reels, and Facebook reels that align with our brand’s aesthetic.
– Set up and manage the Instagram inbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
– Assist in creating a weekly email newsletter for the business, including content curation and scheduling.
– Collaborate with the business owner to ensure all social media postings are pre-approved before publishing.
– Support the business owner by taking on administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on business operations and product shipping.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
– Proficient in using Canva, Cap Cut, and other content creation apps.
– Familiarity with Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current beauty trends is a plus.
