Job Title: Virtual Assistant – (Medical Spa)
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in healthcare administration, customer service, and appointment scheduling to join our team. The selected candidate will work remotely and provide valuable support to a prestigious Medical Spa located in the US. Responsibilities:
– Handle medication orders and ensure accurate documentation and processing.
– Schedule appointments with clients and manage the calendar efficiently.
– Collect and process payments from clients using various payment methods.
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
– Maintain confidential and sensitive client information with the utmost discretion.
– Demonstrate good phone etiquette while communicating with clients and colleagues.
– Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively assist a diverse range of clients.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in healthcare administration, hotel or spa management, hair salon, medical, or related fields.
– Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
– Proficient in using computer applications, including email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office suite.
– Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
– Demonstrates high integrity and can be trusted with confidential information.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).
