– Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
– Compile customer questions and feedback into a structured spreadsheet for further analysis.
2. **Customer Support:**
– Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media channels with professionalism and empathy.
– Ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
3. **Administrative Support:**
– Assist in organizing and maintaining business documents, files, and records.
– Coordinate schedules and appointments as needed.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role in a similar setting.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and familiarity with social media analytics.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

**Additional Skills (preferred but not required):**

– Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark).
– Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
– Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
