Job Description

We are a serviced accommodation & property management company, with properties in Manchester & Truro, UK.
We are currently looking for a flexible virtual assistant that can help grow our revenue, by optimising the listings on online booking sites, such as Airbnb & .
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the serviced accommodation properties, managing the guest experience, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have experience in short-term rental management, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication skills.

Prior experience in property management / serviced accommodation

*Needs to work 3 hours per day at desk but be flexible to answer guest messages between the hours of 9am – 9pm via mobile apps*

Responsibilities:
* Ensuring channel manager is always up to date & relevant cleaning teams have access to view check ins and check outs
* Following up on turnover cleans (viewing videos to ensure nothing has been missed), maintenance, and inspections to ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard
* All guest communications, from pre check in to check out
* Tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise during the process
* Dealing with difficult guests or clients and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Prioritizing tasks when there are multiple demands on your time
* Handling Airbnb Resolution and review processes
* Staying organized and keeping track of multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Completion of month end reports for each property
* Assisting in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and repeat bookings for STR properties
* Taking emergency calls and handling emergency situations.
Requirements:
* Experience in short-term rental management
* Strong organisational and communication skills – especially the ability to follow up with guests on issues.
* Previous experience using Smoobu / Charge Automation and Price Labs would be an advantage
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle emergency situations in a professional manner
* Answering emergency calls and help guests resolve issues such as lockouts, flooding, etc.
