Virtual Assistant for German Dropshipping Business

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant for our German Shopify store, which focuses primarily on fashion (95%) and other products (5%).

Job Description:

In the initial phase, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Product Listing: Adding 10 products per week (30 minutes per product).
• Customer Service: Daily customer service (maximum 30 minutes per day).
• Weekly Report: Sending a weekly report on customer service (maximum 30 minutes).

Total: Maximum 9 hours per week with a compensation of $40 per week in the initial phase.

With successful collaboration, the workload will increase, and compensation will rise proportionally. Additionally, with satisfactory performance, the hourly rate will also be increased. We are looking for a VA who is flexible and willing to work more hours on short notice if needed.

Required Technical Skills:

• Experience with Shopify (product listing)
• Knowledge of Canva Pro (or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of marketing and copywriting
• Experience with ChatGPT
• Use of DeepL
• Use of Trello
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
