About the Role:
As our Part-Time Human Resources and Recruitment Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our HR initiatives.
Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure the smooth execution of tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR operations.
Responsibilities:
– Effective Communication: Foster clear and proactive communication channels within the team and with management.
– Document Creation and Formatting: Utilise advanced software skills to create visually appealing documents with precision.
– Contextual Understanding and Task Gathering: Demonstrate intuitive understanding of project contexts and gather necessary information effectively.
– Process-Oriented Approach: Manage tasks systematically, adapting processes to meet evolving needs.
– Efficiency and Effectiveness: Innovate and research to achieve objectives with efficiency.
– HR Expertise: Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes with your HR knowledge.
– Database Management and Research: Maintain accurate HR databases and conduct research for actionable insights.
– PA Administration Support and Email Management: Assist with general administrative duties including calendar management, – email correspondence, meeting support, task prioritisation and email communications.
About You:
– Min 5 years previous experience in Administration/HR/Operations field.
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in various software tools such as JobAdder, Smart Suite Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and graphic design tools like Canva.
– Exceptional organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Enjoys checking items off their list and taking immediate action on tasks.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and effectiveness.
– Proven adaptability and flexibility in response to shifting priorities and deadlines.
– A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving desired outcomes.
Tools You’ll Need:
– Computer/laptop with video conferencing capabilities.
– High-speed internet and office setup at home.
– Experience with project management, CRM, and other tools preferred.
This position offers part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling. Candidates should be able to commit to a designated schedule and be open to occasional adjustments based on business needs.
