Smart Construction and Landscaping is looking for a multi-talented individual to help grow the business and switch from being a sole trader hiring one or two sub contractors part time, to becoming a small limited company employing 6-9 people within 12 months. The ideal candidate will be ruthlessly organised, quick on their feet, up for a challenge, and fun.
The owner of Smart Construction and Landscaping is simultaneously trying to complete work out on the ground as well as implement systems and processes to grow and therefore requires someone that can not only act as a Personal (virtual) Assistant but also provide solutions and work independently with minimum oversight.
A typical week might include website and facebook management, drafting job descriptions and SOPs, formulating contracts, generating estimates and invoices and a host of other administrative and financial tasks that will grow as the company grows.
It is important you have a great attitude, great attention to detail, love hyper-flexibility, and believe it’s important to lift as you rise.
The company has a need for a wide variety of skills, but particularly copywriting, graphic design, basic website and social media management and HR skills.
