Position: Virtual Assistant

Location:Remote

Type:Part-time (4/hrs/day)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business operations and marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Email Management:**
– Sort, organize, and respond to incoming emails in a timely manner.
– Flag important emails for immediate attention and categorize others for future reference.
– Draft and send out email newsletters to our subscribers, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and error-free.

2. **Clerical Tasks:**
– Maintain and update our database of clients, students, and prospects.
– Assist in scheduling appointments, webinars, and other events.
– Handle any other administrative tasks as required.

3. **Content Creation & Management:**
– Research, write, and post engaging blog articles related to the notary industry.
– Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to our brand voice and guidelines.
– Create and schedule posts for our social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

4. **Social Media Management:**
– Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts using tools like Canva or Adobe.
– Engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
– Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies to increase engagement and followers.

5. **Client Outreach:**
– Identify and reach out to potential clients or partners through various online channels.
– Maintain a record of outreach efforts and follow up as necessary.
– Provide regular reports on outreach success rates and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
– Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO best practices.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
– Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
– Familiarity with the notary industry is a plus but not mandatory.
