We are looking for someone who will be instrumental in working with the CEO to coordinate, communicate, and facilitate the growth of an innovative professional real estate network.
You will be responsible for coordinating member activities, organizing events, supporting the CEO, and enhancing member engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, event planning expertise, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections within the business community.

What you will do:
Review email communications and provide timely resolutions
Perform various administrative tasks and ability to work independently
Send out weekly newsletters, manage social media accounts, and marketing channels
Follow-up on campaigns using DealCheck for existing and new members
Use text/SMS and email to contact and build relationships with potential real estate clients
Typical career path: Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant advancing to a potential Membership Director role

Communication – written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role as you will be interfacing with clients via email, and phone. Also, communication within the team is important for brand engagement.
Tech Savvy – being technically curious and always wanting to find a better way to do things are important for our growth. Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and search engines, browsers, and social media. CRM experience is a plus, especially in creating and managing successful email marketing campaigns.
Positive Attitude – you are a proactive and possibility thinker. Professional approach and is a great team player.
Presentation – the ability to present yourself and the team well. Ability to take complex ideas and present them in simple, easy-to-understand ways.
Customer service – you are passionate about creating great customer/candidate experiences and understand how the small details and small extra efforts relate to meaningful customer and candidate relationships.
