THE ROLE
The Sheet Scanner and product researcher plays a crucial role in the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem. The quality of the work is the difference between success and failure for the organisation.
The main function is to scan product lists from suppliers sheets that I will provide to you, We are looking for products that could be sold through Click to view, using various criteria such as profit, sales rank, and return on investment. Your will undergo full training on this.
The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Create a Daily Plan/Strategy;
-Scan a supplier sheet through our software and analyse the data on amazon using another software. Selecting the ones that match our criteria.
-Search, analyse, and evaluate new potential products by doing product research through amazon and our software.
-Data analysis using data from products, competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behavior, associated risks, and overall business environment (such as pandemic);
-Analyse profit performance of products
-Data input into excel
-Other related tasks in support of business operations.
THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
-Excel use
-Research Skills  particularly online search;
-Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics;
-Planning Skills/Time Management;
-Technology Skills – Google Suite, MS Excel, Social Media (eg  Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom);
-Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written;
-Customer Service Skills;
-Collaboration/Interpersonal Skills;
-Strong attention to details;
-Results-driven;
-Willingness to perform various functions; and
-With high regard for Integrity, Excellence, Continuous Learning, and Creative Thinking/Innovation.

-Desktop/laptop – computer specs:
            Processor – i5 or higher
            RAM – 8 GB or higher
-A fast and stable internet connection (at least 5 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (eg pocket wifi)
-Noise-canceling headphones
-Web camera
-Skype for video calls
-Quiet and professional work station
