Key Responsibilities:
– Google Drive Management: Proficiently navigate and manage files within Google Drive, including organizing documents, creating folders, and collaborating on shared files.
– Task Execution: Efficiently complete assigned tasks, which may include watching videos, filling out reports, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
– Report Generation: Compile and fill out reports accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary information is included and presented effectively.
– Go High Level Software Operation: Ability to operate Go High Level software effectively, including managing workflows, setting up campaigns, and utilizing its features for marketing and communication purposes.
– Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
– Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with team members, supervisors, and clients via email, chat, or other communication platforms as needed.
– Problem-solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, seeking solutions independently or escalating to appropriate personnel when necessary.
– Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in managing various responsibilities.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
– Proficiency in Google Drive and other relevant productivity tools.
– Experience in operating Go High Level software or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
– Familiarity with video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet.
– Knowledge of basic accounting principles or bookkeeping experience.
