Virtual Assistant (Real Estate)
We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and marketing support primarily to our lead real estate agent, with occasional assistance to other team members as needed. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule that overlaps core Pacific Standard Time working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
– Social media management – Create engaging content, schedule posts, interact with followers across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) using scheduling tools and ManyChat
– Calendar management – Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, ensure agent availability
– Written communications – Draft professional correspondence (emails, listings descriptions), marketing materials
– Database administration – Maintain updated contact lists and client information in CRM
– Email marketing – Manage email campaigns from content creation to scheduling/sending
– Basic graphic design – Assist with designing marketing collateral, social media graphics using Canva or similar tools
– Video editing – Edit video content using CapCut or similar software
– Content creation – Research and develop content for blogs, websites, social media
– General administrative support – Project management using Trello, file organization, data entry as needed
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally in marketing, real estate or related field
– Highly proficient with Google Workspace Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
– Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms, ManyChat, Trello, CapCut
– Strong writing, communication and organizational abilities
– Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills
– Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Preferred:
– Prior experience or knowledge of real estate terminology/processes
– Video editing abilities
This is a remote position with a flexible schedule requiring some core working hours that overlap Pacific Standard Time. Competitive compensation based on experience. Minimal direct client interaction is expected.
