Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves repetitive marketing tasks such as scheduling social media posts, creating Google Business profiles, and managing digital resources. The ideal candidate will be capable of following detailed guides, such as tango guides, to perform tasks accurately and efficiently. While marketing and SEO experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities:
Execute repetitive marketing tasks with high precision following established tango guides.
Schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
Create and optimize Google Business profiles to enhance online presence and visibility.
Organize and update files within our digital resource library.
Assist in implementing SEO strategies and maintaining SEO updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in our digital content.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role; marketing background is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to follow complex instructions with high attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High school diploma; further education in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
