Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is focused on content repurposing, social media management, and SEO optimization to drive traffic and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and experience with digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Blog Setup and Management:**
– Setup and manage a blog on our existing Squarespace website.
– Ensure the blog is optimized for SEO to drive organic traffic.

2. **Content Repurposing:**
– Utilize existing Instagram content, especially Reels, to create engaging blog posts.
– Repurpose Instagram content for TikTok, ensuring it aligns with platform trends and SEO best practices.

3. **SEO Optimization:**
– Edit and optimize all content for SEO to encourage lead generation.
– Implement keywords and strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.

4. **Pinterest Management:**
– Design eye-catching pins using tools such as Canva.
– Post and schedule pins on Pinterest using Tailwind.
– Manage and grow our Pinterest account to drive traffic to our website and build our email list through our lead magnet.

5. **Lead Generation:**
– Develop and execute strategies to promote our lead magnet through blog posts, social media, and Pinterest.
– Track and report on the effectiveness of these strategies in generating leads and building our email list.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong understanding of Squarespace and its blogging capabilities.
– Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest marketing.
– Proficient in SEO best practices and tools.
– Skilled in graphic design for social media (Canva or similar tools).
– Familiarity with Tailwind for Pinterest scheduling.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
