About You and Us
We are seeking a highly-organised, efficient and discreet Assistant to support an executive with a broad range of business interests, as well as personal and family responsibilities. You will be adept at managing a diverse range of tasks, from administrative duties to complex scheduling, ensuring the executive’s life runs smoothly and efficiently.
It is critical the you have demonstrable experience in similar positions, and an ability to maintain accounts and financial reports to the highest standard.

• Strong understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, and an ability to quickly learn Asana and Xero

• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Tertiary qualifications (business management, administration, finance) are desirable, but not mandatory
Can you do the following tasks?
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, proposals, PowerPoints, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising catering when necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Booking and organising travel and accommodation both personal and business
• Verifying invoices from vendors are for services received and are accurate
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritising the most sensitive matters
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Delivering a range of project support and administrative duties across several business initiatives and projects
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Interview process
1. We review your application
2. We will have a video call interview if your application passes the first stage, I will look at your attention to detail, your internet, and work conditions
3. If you pass the video call interview, we will give you a paid trial week
This is a part time job starting 5-7 hours a week for $8/hour.
