With a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service, we are seeking a highly capable Remote Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Description: As a Remote Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations, supporting various aspects of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Data Entry for Major Retailers: Ensuring accurate and timely data entry for our major retail partners. This includes maintaining product information, inventory updates, and pricing details. Attention to detail and meticulousness in data entry are crucial for this task.

2. GTIN Number Requests: Coordinating with our outsourcing contact to request GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) numbers for our products. Maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of the required information.

3. Size Break Accuracy: Ensuring that size breaks for our product offerings are always accurate and up-to-date. Collaborating with relevant teams, such as production and inventory management, to ensure seamless coordination and minimize errors.

Internal Follow-up with Production Manager: Regularly communicating with our production manager to maintain unit accuracy and minimize order cancellations. Proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues to optimize production processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Website Monitoring: Proactively monitoring our website daily, following up with website leads, and promptly responding to inquiries or requests for information. Conducting regular checks to identify and report any errors or issues, such as broken links or incorrect product details.

5. Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrating exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and customers. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure streamlined operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Proven experience in data entry, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and information management.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
-Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data entry, communication, and web-based tasks.
-Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach.
-Familiarity with major retailers and general retail operations is a plus.
