Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant to the President, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of daily tasks. You will be responsible for managing emails, handling communications, overseeing project management, and maintaining the President’s calendar. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help streamline processes and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Management:
Monitor and manage the President’s email inbox.
Prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of the President.
Organize and archive emails for easy retrieval.
Communication:
Answer and direct emails as necessary.
Draft, proofread, and send emails and other communications.
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with team members to gather information and update the President on project status.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
Coordinate with other team members to organize and confirm meeting details.
Send reminders and ensure the President is prepared for upcoming commitments.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and compile information as needed.
Handle other administrative tasks to support the President’s daily activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
