Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team in the wholesale real estate industry. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wholesaling real estate, possess excellent cold calling skills, and have experience with lead generation, CRM software, and sales. Experience with BatchLeads software is preferred. Utilize this tool effectively to generate targeted leads, filter property data, and streamline the wholesaling process. Possess an overall understanding of the wholesale real estate industry, including market trends, investment strategies, and deal structuring. Prior experience in wholesaling is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

– Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads, communicate effectively, and gather relevant information.
– Property List Creation: Utilize your experience in creating comprehensive lists of properties suitable for wholesale real estate transactions. Research and identify potential properties, including distressed properties, foreclosures, and motivated sellers.
– Wholesaling Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the wholesaling real estate industry, including strategies, processes, and best practices. Leverage this knowledge to support the team in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
– CRM Software Management: Utilize CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) effectively to manage leads, track communications, and maintain accurate records. Experience with popular CRM platforms is required.
– Lead Capturing and Nurturing: Possess excellent lead capturing skills and the ability to nurture relationships with potential clients. Understand the importance of building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service.
– Follow-up: Demonstrate a proactive approach to follow-up activities with leads and clients. Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to maintain contact and ensure a high level of engagement.
– Sales Excellence: Display exceptional sales skills and the ability to close deals successfully. Effectively handle objections, negotiate offers, and create win-win solutions for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience and success in cold calling and lead generation.
– Familiarity with BatchLeads software is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of wholesaling real estate, including industry practices and strategies.
– Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and communication.
– Exceptional sales skills, with a track record of closing deals.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Prior experience in wholesaling real estate is highly preferred.
