Seeking a high calibre VA – Must have excellent English, and a Wizz with CRMs

The owner of this business is seeking a VA who is skilled in CRMs (we use Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Teachable, Weebly, and Eventbrite), and who has the following values and skills:
• Excellent spoken and written English – a natural & heart-based communicator
• Great with email communications
• Personable and supportive to clients and customers (via email communications)
• Very high attention to detail
• Methodical, orderly, systematic & time efficient
• A fast learner and Tech Savvy, able to quickly master new skills and systems
• Website edits
• Experienced with Microsoft office suite, Google drive and Weebly
• Strong CRM skills, knowing how to create campaigns, landing pages, and manage databases and tags (Please specify which CRMs you have experience with).
• Access to high speed, reliable internet in a quiet location
The following skills are advantageous, but not a requirement:
• Natural design flair using Canva – able to create emotive designs for social media and e-blasts
• Experienced with Social Media management
• Video editing
• Bookkeeping & Invoicing experience (we use Xero)
• Content writing &/or SEO/SEM experience
Tasks include:
• Designing and sending out weekly e-blasts through Mailchimp (soon to be Active Campaign), and uploading to our websites (Weebly/Stripe)
• Data entry
• Communicating with our customers & students
• Checking emails, sending reminders, maintaining attendance lists
• Website edits
• Online event curation

Wage (based on a 40 hour work week): $5.50 USD per hour for the trial period then increased to $6.50 per hour for the right candidate with potential of added on-going incentives as the working relationship develops.
