Our Firm is looking for a proven and trusted VA that will understand our firm’s business objectives and collaborate closely as a strategic partner to facilitate achievement.
Job Responsibilities:
• Research: Conduct in-depth research on various topics to meet business needs.
• Lead Generation – Will develop a pipeline of leads in various areas of focus and will explore tools that will enable sustained lead pipeline growth. Additionally, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a set of defined parameters, your job will be to generate high-quality leads for our company.
• Lead Management: Organize and track leads through outreach processes.
• SOP Creation: Develop standardized operating procedures for lead generation and outreach
• Data Analysis: Provide insightful reports and analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure adherence to important meetings and deadlines.
• Confidentiality: Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding data with the utmost confidentiality.
• Email Management: Filter and prioritize emails, respond on behalf of the executive, and maintain control over the inbox.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as an executive/virtual assistant or in a similar role, emphasizing strategic partnership, efficiency, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• English language proficiency score of C2
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with MS Office and Excel
