Virtual Assistant Overview
Little HumanKind, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide support to the current Director. The Virtual Assistant will serve as the internal filter on all matters pertaining to the Director, both professional and personal. The Virtual Assistant must be well organized, kind and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The overall goal is to help the Director expand and scale existing business by streamlining daily tasks.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The virtual Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects and execute confidential matters with discretion.

Job Responsibilities

Calendar Management
– Maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and potential speaking engagements
– Determine priority of matters of attention for Director; redirect matters to staff to handle or handle personally, as appropriate.
– Keep the Director advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
– Serve as the liaison between the Director, Forum staff and the public, including receiving and screening communications, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy all via email, no phone calls.
– Organize and Manage Director’s email communication both personal and professional including drafting, responding and prioritizing

Research
– Research, list and apply to new business opportunities for the Director
– Research, analyze and report items as it related to our clients specific cause or task at hand (i.e: Mental Health, Poverty, Cancer, etc.)
– Research and track competitive analysis of both organizations and individuals

Social Media
– Organize and manage personal instagram and LinkedIn content
– Help Director post/create content based on a competitive analysis

– Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various
– Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
– Proficient in Google Workplace, Trello, Microsoft Office, and Social Media web platforms

Education
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Research experience is a plus

Terms of Employment:
Location: Remote
Salary: This is a Part time salaried position with an opportunity to be extended to Full tIme.
Tools: Must have great internet service and web camera for Microsoft Team meetings
