Job Title: Virtual Assistant for The Balloon Brigade

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Salary: $200/month for 10 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to play a vital role in our team, ensuring smooth operations and expanding our online presence. In addition to coordinating events and managing bookings, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital footprint through website management, funnel optimization, and digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Utilize GoFunnelBox, our variant of GoHighLevel, to manage event schedules, client information, and communications with entertainers.
Develop and maintain our website using the GoFunnelBox platform, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and showcases our services effectively.
Implement and optimize sales funnels to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
Execute SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility and ranking in search engine results.
Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, creating engaging content and driving audience engagement.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
Reply to clients via email, book events, handle invoicing through GFB, coordinate performer’s schedules and handle follow ups and pre performance checklists to ensure the clients and performers are ready for each performance.

Requirements:

Good time management skills and the ability to get things done!
Proficiency in building and managing websites using the CRM GoFunnelBox which is a version of HighLevel or similar platforms.
Experience in running sales funnels, optimizing for conversions and user experience.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques to improve website ranking and visibility.
Familiarity with social media management and digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook and Google Ads.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Based in the Philippines with a flexible schedule to accommodate remote work.
