Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Online Entertainment Business
Description:
We are The Balloon Brigade, Omaha’s premier family entertainment service. We do magic shows, balloon twisting, face painting, airbrush tattoos, and more. We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. This part-time role focuses on managing our dynamic website, maintaining spreadsheets, and managing customer relationships through our GoFunnel Box CRM. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to work independently. Bonus if you know how to use AI well. Growth mindset individuals only!
Responsibilities:
Understand and grow our funnel of customers.
Update and manage website content to ensure freshness and relevancy.
Handle customer inquiries and manage leads through GoFunnel Box CRM.
Manage invoicing and billing.
Book and notify and remind acts that about events and coordinate their calendars.
Maintain and update various spreadsheets with precision.
Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate appointments and manage email campaigns.
Help with social media posts and help build an audience.
Work closely with team to keep our calendars full!
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role, especially in website and CRM management.
Familiarity with GoFunnel Box CRM is highly advantageous.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Indicatively between $3 – $12.50 per hour, depending on the level of experience and skill set.
