Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with excellent English skills and the ability to handle various tasks for our law firm and tech company. This role includes research, coordinating with both US and PH-based teammates, managing emails and schedules, and providing daily updates.

Top Tasks:
– You must ask questions right away if you have questions; there are no dumb questions
– Be a creative thinker and collaborator
– Work product in English must be essentially perfect; I expect everything to be spell checked, grammar checked, etc
– Help our business with complex research tasks
– Coordinate tasks with other virtual assistants
– Manage email, calendar, etc.
– Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
– Provide daily updates on what you’ve been working on
– If you are having trouble meeting a deadline, I need to know right away. I can help you if I know about problems in advance, but I can’t miss deadlines in my line of work.

Compensation:
225 PHP/hr with opportunity for generous bonuses and advancement
