Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our business operations, social media marketing efforts, and performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks, and developing and executing social media marketing :

Conduct performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and support the development and execution of improvement initiatives
Provide administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files
Support business operations by tracking and reporting on key performance indicators and helping to identify areas for improvement
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Create and curate content for social media channels that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience
Monitor social media metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and make recommendations for improvement
Write and edit blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
Perform other duties as assigned (sales, ,marketing, lead generation, etc)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with experience in performance improvement, business operations, administrative tasks, and social media management
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members
High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexible hours. The hours are US Eastern Time Zone. The compensation for this position will be based on experience and skills.
