We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is heavily focused on social media creation and management, alongside other administrative and research tasks. The ideal candidate will have a knack for digital marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping a legal practice grow its online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create, edit, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Write compelling copy for social media posts that align with provided concepts.
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build community.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
Content Creation:
Assist in creating graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Edit videos for YouTube and short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
Research:
Conduct research on relevant topics that will benefit the firm and its clients.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in digital marketing for the legal industry.
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Assist with cold emailing and other lead generation activities.
Identify potential clients and opportunities for business development.
Administrative Support:
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss progress and areas for improvement.
Send daily emails to update on completed tasks and upcoming priorities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and video editing software.
Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in the legal industry or familiarity with immigration law is a plus.
