Job Description

I’m looking for someone to help me better manage my daily logistics tasks with running an ecommerce business, do basic research, and generally help me stay organized. You will spend majority of your time helping my company and the other part of the time helping me with random daily tasks.
I will create tutorials for you for almost all of the tasks you will be doing.
– Some tasks you will do to help my company, Craggy Games:
Monitor and manage 3PL partner Shiphero- auditing billing, following up with lost packages and returns (majority of the job).
Research and create sales lists for various opportunities (retail buyer contacts, business partnership opportunities)

Email business prospects to be featured in our viral social media content for $$ (emails will be pre-built by me)
General admin work around ecommerce day to day tasks
Amazon experience in key word managing is a plus
– Some tasks you will do to help me:
Researching products that might sell well (I’ll give you a big list to check)
Research upcoming social media trends and suggest video ideas that are relevant with these trends
Basic customer service for my e-commerce business (research issue, copy and paste from a list of replies)
– The most important skill for this job is strong written English communication skills
– I’m also looking for someone with
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size
At least six hours of overlap with US Pacific business hours (09:30 – 19:30 in UTC?07:00) Monday – Friday

I am looking for a part-time employee.

– You can work whenever you want as long as you have at least six hours of overlap with US Pacific business hours (09:30 – 19:30 in UTC?07:00) Monday – Friday.
– I will pay you hourly to start and once settled in, I will offer a salary, but if you work extra hours (more than 40) you will get paid.

– About me
I run an ecommerce business with my wife and we recently have a newborn. Some of the things you ‘d be helping with are from things we no longer can spend time on, though important to the business. We are working on launching a new product now and working on creating additional games for 2024 launch.
I am very easy to work with but extremely busy so I will do my best to be as clear as possible with the tasks. Whoever takes this role needs to have self driven initiative and problem solving ability.
