Genie is building the platform for virtual knowledge work on demand. We’re looking for Virtual Assistants (VAs) to join our team and work with top clients from top startups and enterprises in United States, Europe, and Asia.
The Role:
You will be acting as a Genie on our platform, performing tasks submitted by customers to the best of your abilities.
Some responsibilities include:
– Optimizing Client’s Time and Priorities: Assist clients in reaching their goals through effective time and priority management.
Calendar and Schedule Management: Take ownership of managing client’s calendars and schedules.
– Research and Planning: Contribute to clients’ personal and professional growth through research and planning.
– Initiative and Client Delight: Demonstrate initiative to surprise and delight clients.
– Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships within the client’s network and team.
– Communication and Reporting: Handle internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media.
Requirements:
– Technical Equipment: Provide your own device initially, with specific requirements for RAM and processors. A Genie MacBook is issued after successful training completion.
– Work Environment: Suitable work-from-home space and a minimum 30 Mbps internet connection.
– Language and Work Experience: Excellent English proficiency and a charismatic attitude. Two years of full-time work experience (especially in a VA role) is preferred.
– Skillset: Knowledge of Google Suite and productivity tools (Notion, ChatGPT, etc), with experience in online/remote work being beneficial but not mandatory.
