We are looking for a responsible and personable Virtual Assistant capable of a high volume of tasks that will require multitasking. Communication in French and English is essential, and bilingual capacity is expected. This position will require a professional mindset, personal organization and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and calls for agents
Reach out to influencers on social media and recruit
Provide customer service to our clients on our 24/7 chat platform
Schedule calls/meetings when it’s needed
Perform a variety of market research following specific guidelines when requested.
Managing special projects when requested which will require multitasking.
Perform specific searches on google and social media for new suppliers/companies/industry surveillance as requested.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks as requested.
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in a virtual administrative assistant role
Computer and software knowledge, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Proficiency on various social media platforms
Natural talent in customer service and organizational skills
Must be able to work autonomously and within teams
A strong sense of attention to detail & is obsessed with staying organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with clients in English and French
Strong problem-solving skills – detail-oriented, creative, practical
Bilingual French and English
