Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling email correspondence.
– Organize and maintain digital files and records to ensure efficient access and retrieval of information.
– Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately and efficiently.
– Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram) and monitor audience interaction.
– Assist with marketing efforts and campaigns, including email marketing
– Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
– Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
– Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
– Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with strong proofreading and editing skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
– High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Nice to Have Skills:
– Experience managing social media platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram, including content creation and audience engagement.
– Familiarity with social media analytics tools and trends.
– Some experience or knowledge of the real estate business, including terminology and processes.
– Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content.
