I have been selling on Amazon and my website () for 5 years and now I’m looking for a virtual assistant to work together and grow together.
You will be doing a variety of tasks. For most of the tasks, I will provide tutorials on how to do them.
But there will be some times that I will need you to figure out how to do specific tasks on Google. Simply search Google for tutorials.
Responsibility
– Shopify website, Amazon/ Walmart platform content uploading, image editing, and optimizing.
– Arrange Amazon FBA inventory shipment plan twice a week and double-check when the shipment is ready.
– Update the inventory and make sure the inventory q’ty online is correct. Quickbook product q’ty update.
– Customer service email and online messages response. Follow up the case for customers if required.
– Review & collect customer feedback/ reviews weekly and report to me.
– Selling platform order management.
– Other tasks like data Entry, price adjusting, and researching for required information such as suppliers and service companies.
Requirement
– Must have experience in using the Amazon seller platform. Shopify experience is a plus.
– Basic Photoshop skill is a plus otherwise willing to learn Photoshop editing is a must.
– Self-thinking, self-motivating, and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
