Mahan Membership is an online membership program that helps empower people to have affordable and accessible holistic medicine at their fingertips. It consists of a number of protocols, masterclasses, and courses that are updated monthly that support mostly women in feeling empowered in their health.
Dr. Hanisha Patel, Founder, is looking for a part-time, virtual assistant who is interested in learning how to support her business with social media content creation, sales data collection, membership content creation, and other administrative tasks.
Prior experience working with online coaches and courses is a HUGE PLUS!
This commitment would be an estimated 10-15 hours to start, with the potential for full-time work after 90 days.

You must have **ALL** of the following qualifications to apply:
– Great command of the English language (speaking & writing).
– A very strong understanding of social media (specifically Instagram) and the ability to help provide trending content ideas, Reels, etc.
– Access to high-speed internet, laptop and phone (WhatsApp) at home (with a quiet and dedicated workspace at home).
– Previous VA experience (at least 2 years).
– VERY organized and excellent attention to detail.
– Willing to learn new things with an optimistic attitude.
– Savvy with online tech tools (or a very fast learner when trained!).
– Team player who is proactive, flexible and a good critical thinker.
– Excellent time management skills (self-motivated and able to meet deadlines).
Tech Tools + Sample Tasks:
Working with online tech tools and social media is required since we are 100% an online business.
We will provide detailed videos and checklists showing you step-by-step how to complete all the tasks and you will receive on-the-job training from Dr. Hanisha Patel but it’s important you have some basic knowledge of these tools.

– Social Media – Basic knowledge of how Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok work. It is VERY important that you feel comfortable helping with IG content, trending sounds, Reels, and providing trending content ideas. You will help to create and edit TikToks and IG Reels as well as carousels on Canva.
– – Online course platform
– ChatGPT or BARD – AI platforms to help create content
– Mailchimp – Email autoresponder, set up broadcasts and update email sequences
– Zoom – Set up appointments on Zoom Meetings and/or Zoom Webinars
– Calendly – Manage Dr. Hanisha’s calendar and set up appointments
– Canva – Graphic design to create IG and/or Promo Graphics
– Outlook and/or Gmail – Helping to answer client questions and filter inbox inquires
– Instagram – respond to comments and questions as needed, schedule weekly engagement threads
– Google Drive – organize folders, upload videos, help create checklists for managing future tasks.

Your work schedule will be part-time hours (10-15 hours a week) Monday through Friday between 9am to 5pm (PH time).
SALARY: $250-375 USD per month to start with the potential to go full-time in 90 days and negotiate rates and benefits.
