Key Responsibilities:
Client Support in Job Applications: One of your primary responsibilities will be to apply to jobs on behalf of our clients, based on their approval and preferences. This crucial task requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and understanding of our clients’ career objectives.
Administrative Tasks: Including but not limited to data entry, scheduling, email management, and correspondence. These tasks are essential for the effective functioning of our operations.
Key Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a similar role, especially involving administrative tasks and client support in job search activities, is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in any field is highly preferred.
Experience managing social media accounts is a significant plus.
