As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence by creating engaging and visually appealing content that captures our brand’s essence. Your expertise in video editing, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines will contribute to our success in reaching a wider audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: Edit and enhance social media and podcast clips to create visually appealing and captivating content.
2. Content Curation: Select the most impactful segments from podcasts and videos to create attention-grabbing clips that resonate with the target audience.
3. Graphic Design: Utilize graphic design tools and software to add visually appealing elements, text overlays, and animations to enhance the clips.
4. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with the brand’s style, tone, and messaging in all edited clips.
5. Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality of audio and video content, including clarity, volume, and visual appeal.
6. Optimization: Optimize clips for various social media platforms, considering their specific requirements and formats.
7. File Management: Organize and maintain a library of edited clips, ensuring easy access for future use.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with the social media team and podcast producers to understand requirements and align editing with the overall content strategy.
9. Timely Delivery: Meet strict deadlines for editing and delivering completed clips to ensure timely release on social media and podcast platforms.

Requirements:
