Virtual Assistant $7-10/hr

JOB OPPORTUNITY: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY ????

You will serve as a VA for a family based in the US & Click to view primary stakeholders will be:
-Daniel (mid-30s, tech startup exec)
-Rebecca (mid-30s, McKinsey Consulting Partner)
-Lou (mid-60s, small business owner, real estate business owner, property owner)

Tasks will include things like:
-Helping to schedule a doctor appointment, prescriptions, interactions with health insurance providers
-Booking travel tickets, arrangements, plans
-Coordinating repairs and vendors for the family real estate / rental business
-Solving minor technical support issues or “How to Do XYZ” tasks on a computer
-Research and purchasing for our small business needs
Pay = $7-10/hr.

Requirements:
-You must have a Google/Gmail account to submit this form
-You are available for an ongoing monthly engagement of 5-15 hours
-You can use WhatsApp + Slack as the primary communication methods
-Creativity, ability to research and find solutions, extremely organized, diligent
-Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
-Patience, kindness, and empathy
-High trustworthiness, discretion, and good judgment with sensitive and personal information

Nice-to-Have:
-Background/experience in executive assistant support or customer service
-Portuguese language skills or ability to use language translation tools to communicate

If you are chosen to interview, after the interview, no matter if you get the job or not – we will compensate you up to $20 for the time you put into the take home assignment.

Finalists will have a 30-min video call with us to before we make an offer for a long-term engagement.
