Hi there! I’m looking for someone to help me manage my Etsy shop. I’d love to hear from you if you have excellent graphic design skills, experience with Etsy and online marketing, and know how to use Adobe Illustrator and Canva. I focus on creating real estate graphics and templates for businesses in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Shop Management:
Manage and establish a complete Etsy store!
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive reviews and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and update product availability as needed.
Template Creation:
Design and Development: Create new real estate templates based on market trends and customer needs. This will involve graphic design skills to produce high-quality templates using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
Content Creation: Write compelling descriptions and titles for each template, highlighting their features and benefits.
Listing Management:
Creating Listings: Write engaging and accurate product descriptions, upload images, set pricing, and select appropriate categories and tags for new template listings.
Optimization: Utilize keywords and SEO techniques to optimize listings for better visibility within Etsy’s search results.
Market Research:
Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive pricing.
Trend Identification: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design styles, and customer preferences to ensure your template offerings remain relevant and appealing.
Job Requirements:
Etsy Expertise: The virtual assistant should have a strong understanding of how Etsy works, including listing creation, order processing, and customer communication within the platform.
Graphic Design Skills: Since you want the assistant to create new templates, a basic to intermediate level of graphic design skills might be necessary to design and edit templates effectively.
