Job Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our practice by creating engaging social media carousels and designing informative presentations. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to work independently. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Social Media Carousels:
Design visually appealing and informative social media carousels that align with our brand and message.
Research and incorporate relevant content, images, and infographics related to period recovery and hypothalamic amenorrhea.
Collaborate with the dietitian to understand key messages and ensure accuracy in all posts.
Schedule and post carousels across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Monitor engagement and analytics to optimize content strategy and performance.
Prepare and Design Presentations:
Design professional and visually appealing presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or Canva.
Follow detailed instructions to ensure presentations meet specific guidelines and content requirements.
Incorporate charts, graphs, and other visual aids to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.
Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the dietitian’s guidelines and objectives.
Assist in the preparation of webinars, workshops, and client education materials.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain a content calendar and assist with scheduling social media posts.
Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media and digital design.
Provide administrative support as needed, including email management, calendar scheduling, and client communication.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, ideas, and strategies for growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Experience creating engaging social media content, specifically carousels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of nutrition and interest in women’s health and period recovery is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in social media management and analytics tools.
Familiarity with hypothalamic amenorrhea and period recovery topics.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
