We are seeking several detail-oriented and highly organized virtual assistants to provide administrative support. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us purchase digital inventory and perform other tasks as necessary. This is a remote position that offers flexibility for increased salary depending on performance.
Important Note: You do not need experience in purchasing to apply for this position. We will provide training but we are asking that you create a custom 1-3 minute video introducing yourself and explaining why we should hire you. We do this because we receive hundreds of applicants. Job Description:
You will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your role will involve (but not limited to):
• Help us buy digital inventory for the business – we will train you.
• Inputting data into spreadsheets / google sheets.
• Maintaining and updating records.
• Providing general administrative support as required.
• Communicating with us promptly via Slack.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise.
During our interview process we will explain your role in more detail.
Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using office software and online tools such as Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail is important – please do the following when submitting your resume: In the body or subject of your message, put the sentence “I read this post completely and I am very detailed oriented.”
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to record your desktop – we will provide software. We do this to provide proper training to ensure your success.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable and fast internet connection and a strong computer with a camera / webcam.
Hours & Salary:
• Required Hours: You will work on an as-needed basis. Some weeks you will work 1-3 hours, while other weeks you will work 25+ hours. Our hourly salary is high to compensate you for being flexible and making yourself available.
• Time Schedule: You will be required to work from 8:30 AM CST USA (10:30 PM Philippines time) to an undetermined time, not to exceed 12:30 PM CST (2:30 AM Philippines time). We will explain more about this during your interview process.
• Compensation: $8.00 USD / hour – paid weekly
