We are an outside sales marketing agency helping companies Like AT&T, Frontier, Spectrum, and DIRECTV grow their customer base by adding new customers and/or new products to increase the company revenue. We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, you will organize and update files, answer calls and emails, and assist in creating presentations and sales materials. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. You will also be responsible for arranging travel itineraries, flights, and rooms, as well as tracking and managing expenses and payments. We will train you in the systems we use and the team uses so you can provide support when needed.

We are looking for a contractor who we will pay weekly on invoice. $400 a month/$100 weekly for 40hrs a week. We work across all timezones in the US. The work hours would be either 11am-7pm EDT or 10am-6pm EDT. We will determine together what is a better fit for both parties.

Virtual Assistant Job Responsibilities (Executive Support Role):
* Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails
* Prepare and organize databases and reports
* Manage social media accounts and replies
* Handle confidential employer and client information
* Schedule meetings and arrange employer’s calendar; schedule meeting spaces and conference rooms
* Arrange payments for vendors, travel, and sales expenses
* Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
* Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
* Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed; research materials and sources for presentations
* Respond to emails and phone calls
* Manage the CEO’s calendar (including scheduling meetings)
* Book travel and accommodations
* Create presentations and write official, company-wide correspondence
* Track CEO’s spending and prepare expense reports
* Social media content management

* Virtual Assistant Qualifications/Skills (Executive Support Role):
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom or WebEx), online chat/instant messaging, and group sharing platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
* Proficient computer skills
* Proficient with online calendars and scheduling (like Calendly or Google Calendar)
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software)
* Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
* Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
* Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
* Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
* Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
* Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service and presentation skills
* Digital Marketing skills
* Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed
* Two years’ previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role, experience in customer service or related field preferred
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Must have a cell phone with texting and Slack capabilities as well as a laptop and stable internet connection
* Must be punctual and 100% reliable
* Problem-solving and decision making skills
* Must be comfortable learning new technologies and skills
* Video editing skills preferred
* Quickbooks skills preferred
