Hey there! We’re Easy A Media, an Ads, Creative & CRO eCommerce agency based in Vancouver, Canada. We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your mission? To support our marketing teams with day-to-day tasks, data entry, and managing influencer campaigns.

The purpose of the Virtual Assistant role at Easy A Media is to assist our marketing teams with day-to-day tasks, data entry and supporting our marketing team.

As a Virtual Assistant, you understand that the smallest task can have the biggest impact on overall results. You are accountable, organized, and have a great eye for detail. You excel with repetitive tasks, ensuring things are always done correctly and efficiently. Your drive to help our team be more efficient enables your teammates to focus deeper on creative activities that provide an ROI for both our clients and our company.

Your Responsibilities at The Agency?
Ongoing:
• Managing day-to-day communication with content creators on Insense.
• Organizing and managing files via Google Drive.
• Filling out & assisting in the creation of monthly ad reports for clients.
• Updating and maintaining Google Sheets used by marketing teams.
• Summarizing and creating plans of action from client check-in calls.
• Coordinating & assisting on projects with your dedicated Project Manager.
• Working with management to optimize systems and create automations through Zapier & .
• Working directly with the CEO to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
• Experienced in data entry.
• Experience with task management software like .
• Experience managing and organizing Google Sheets.
• Experience creating automations through Zapier (not mandatory but an asset).
• Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment.

Hours
• M-F 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (flexible)
• Paid Holidays
• Paid Sick Days
