Job Description:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle various tasks including appointment setting, customer follow-ups, invoicing, and light social media management. Required Availability:
The assistant is expected to be available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. This aligns with our team’s core working hours and ensures effective collaboration across all tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Appointment setting
-Follow up with customers post-sales transaction
– Before, during, and after service follow-up with clients
– Before, during and after service follow up with field technicians
– Invoicing clients
– Payment collection
– Review management
– Updating business listings and social media
– Creating and managing social media content
– Monitoring client chat conversations and text messages
– Standard operating documentation
– Performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
– Familiarity with social media platforms
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
– High-speed internet connection, a reliable computer and headset
– A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required
– Knowledge of project management tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams
– Familiarity with CRM software
