Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing VA, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and supporting various promotional activities. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
Assist in creating compelling written and visual content for blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the House of Her brand and resonates with our target audience.
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, such as organizing data, tracking metrics, and managing schedules.
Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, creating visuals, and managing subscriber lists.
Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed
Collaborate with team members on projects, providing assistance and support as required
Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met and clients’ needs are attended to promptly
Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts and brand presence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Knowledge of project management and CRM tools (e.g. Trello)
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Educational background in Marketing (a plus)
