Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Facebook Page Management
Location: Remote
Company: Zenflow Adoption Wellness Community (expanding into a non-profit)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage our new Facebook Page and support the expansion of Zenflow Adoption Wellness Community into a non-profit organization. This position is remote and offers flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Create engaging posts, graphics, and videos to inform and captivate our audience about our organization’s activities, events, and news.

Scheduling Posts: Utilize scheduling tools to plan and schedule posts in advance, ensuring consistent and timely updates on our Facebook Page.

Engagement Management: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews from followers, foster community engagement, and address inquiries or concerns promptly.

Analytics and Insights: Monitor and analyze Page insights and performance metrics to track growth, reach, engagement, and other key performance indicators. Use data to refine our content strategy.

Community Building: Initiate and participate in discussions, create polls or surveys to gather feedback, and cultivate a sense of community among our followers.

Promotions and Ads: Create and manage Facebook ads and promotions to reach a wider audience, promote events, or drive specific actions such as donations or memberships.

Event Management: Assist in organizing virtual events, webinars, or live streams on Facebook, manage RSVPs, and coordinate event-related content.
Research and Content Curation: Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and news related to adoption wellness or non-profit management. Curate content to share on our Facebook Page.

Basic Graphic Design: Create simple graphics or edit visuals for posts, event promotions, or cover photos using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as managing Page settings, updating contact information, and keeping the Page organized.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in social media management.
Strong communication skills and a passion for community engagement.
Proficiency in Facebook Page management, scheduling tools, and basic graphic design.
Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve performance.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of adoption wellness or non-profit management is a plus.
