Virtual Assistant

Bedrock Markets is a US-based business that primarily supports HVAC contractors with their marketing efforts.

We are searching for a General Virtual Assistant who not only excels in the digital and creative realm but is also detail-oriented, highly responsive, and open to feedback. This role requires someone who can be an energetic and supportive team player, available during US weekday working hours.

Here are the qualifications we’re seeking:

Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications to help us create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets.

Internet Savvy: Comfortable with various internet-based functions, including online research, cloud-based storage, and collaboration tools.

Content Creation: Able to create high-quality written and visual content for websites, blogs, and social media.

Social Media Expertise: Proficient in using and managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, and others, for marketing purposes.

Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (bonus points for iContact) and the ability to create engaging and informative content.

SEO Understanding: A basic understanding of the concept of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, to ensure our content ranks high on search engines.

Graphic Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials, such as social media graphics and email newsletters. Proficiency in Canva is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team and clients.

Here’s what you’d be doing as our Assistant:

Content Creation: You’ll be crafting engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, email newsletters and website content, to showcase HVAC services and products.

Social Media Management: Managing and updating our HVAC marketing profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. This includes creating and scheduling posts.

SEO Focus: If possible – understand web content and blog posts for search engines, making sure our online presence ranks high and attracts the right audience.
