This position is a work-from-home position.
One Janitorial is a National Janitorial Company that is currently pushing into the USA with our brand-new Ambassador program. Our expansion will require us to hire over 30 people within the next year+.
This position you are reading is for our Executive Assistant Your job as our EA at One Janitorial will be to assist the owner with various tasks to help the company grow.
The person we are looking for needs to be competent and able to execute tasks with no supervision. If you have the following qualities, please ensure you apply.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Entering In New Employees
Managing Our Programs
Doing Tasks To Assist Owner
Setting Up Interviews For Owner & Team
Managing FFiver Freelancers
Create Reports & Excel Sheets & Google Slides
Please more General Admin Tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Must speak clear English
Excellent Written English
5 Years EA’ing from distance
Have managed freelancers before
Knows the ins and outs of google sheets and slides
Is very intelligent and can figure things our on their own
Willing to work and get paid for overtime
Proficiency with both Microsoft Office/Google products and Excel Spreadsheets is considered an asset.
Must have excellent time management and organization skills to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines
Must obtain a high level of energy and not let frustrations get the best of them
Must be adaptable, dependable, and willing to implement new solutions and processes in alignment with our core values and goals.
