As we continue to grow and build the all-star team of marketing mavens, we are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant – Account/Client Manager Support to collaborate with us on exciting projects and help shape the digital landscape.
**Job Description**
Are you driven to excel in client success within the aesthetic industry? Patient Acquisition is searching for a Virtual Assistant to support our Client Managers in an innovative digital marketing agency setting. This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing influencer and ad campaign strategies for our valued clients, ultimately boosting patient acquisition.
**Responsibilities:**
– Serve as the primary point of contact for the Account/Client Managers, assisting them in managing and nurturing relationships effectively by making sure that all admin tasks are handled in time
– Assist in the development, execution, and management of successful TikTok, meta, and influencer campaigns for med spas, telemedicine, and aesthetic clinics, ensuring campaign objectives are achieved
– Utilize tools such as , GHL, Notion, and Slack to organize client work and facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams
– Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the internal team to devise strategies to meet these objectives that would impact the Account Management department
– Collaborate directly with the Account Managers to transition responsibilities and gain guidance on account management impact strategies
– Liaise with the whole team to communicate necessary edits and changes based on created action plans
– Document all campaign data and client communication meticulously in account boards and spreadsheets
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
**Requirements:**
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, administrative, or digital marketing
– At least 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role
– Experience in aesthetic clinics, medical spas, telemedicine, or related fields is advantageous
– Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to the team
– Knowledge of , Notion, and Slack is preferred
– Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
– Effective problem-solving skills coupled with critical thinking ability
– Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
