We are a start-up creative marketing agency based in Southern California looking for a VA to assist the CEO & COO of our company. Our agency specializes in growing wholesale and retail brands for fashion, beauty and wellness worldwide. We provide a wide range of personalized services from branding, marketing, design, photoshoot, paid ads and more!

Currently, we are looking to expand our team with a part-time EXECUTIVE MARKETING ASSISTANT who is eager to learn, punctual and organized, and overall ready to grow with the company! If you’re looking to learn from awesome leaders, this is the PERFECT opportunity for you!

In This Role:
The Executive Assistant provides direct support to the CEO & COO while playing a key role communicating with the Marketing team, clients, and this position requires executive, administrative, marketing, and technical skills in order to fulfill the job functions.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and organize daily, weekly or monthly meetings internally and externally
Responsible for drafting internal and external communication via email
Manage reservations and expense reports
Attend meetings to record, prepare and distribute minutes
Assisting in organizing marketing campaigns and developing strategies
Research on upcoming trends for social media & email marketing
Collaborate with other departments as needed and assist in marketing, content creation, social media management, email marketing and more!

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as an Assistant or VA
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets or MS Word, Excel
Great at writing emails and follow-ups
Punctual and meet deadlines
Comfortable with research and finding leads
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to apply good judgment and maintain confidentiality
Fluent in English

Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in marketing, great communication and passion!

Job Type: Part-time (10-20 hours per week) with FLEXIBLE work hours – **Potential of bonus and increased hour or pay after 3 months!**

Hourly Pay: Starting at $2 USD hourly pay or based on current experience. The starting rate is based on current experience with the opportunity to grow in the role as well as the hourly rate. After the three months trial period, there will be an increased to the hourly rate based on performance. Please note, this is an entry level position with the opportunity to work with passionate entrepreneurs, learn marketing strategies and be hands-on!
