Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management: Take ownership of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the store.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, order inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
Email Marketing: Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website traffic to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining records related to the Shopify store and customer service.
Requirements:
