Purrs & Grrrs Dog Walking + Pet Sitting is looking for a great Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is a part-time role that will have you working directly with the Founders of the company to help them expand into additional service areas.
The person we’re looking for loves tackling a variety of tasks, excels in fast-paced environments, has a high level of attention to detail, excellent written communication, collaborates well with leaders on projects, and loves animals! Sound like you? Join us as our new part-time Virtual Assistant and get ready to roll up your sleeves and have a little bit of fun!
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Create, Implement + Monitor Facebook Ad strategy targeting pet owners in specific cities/zip codes to help us expand our reach
Write 2-4 long-form blog posts (500-1000 words minimum) per month to demonstrate our brand’s dog walking + pet sitting expertise
Manage our Facebook Business Pages (2 in total) and engage with comments/questions
Repurpose Blog Content to create 1 – 2 social media posts per week
2 Facebook Pages
1 Instagram profile
Provide assistance with additional administrative tasks as needed
Weekly 1:1 Touchbase with the CEO to review progress + upcoming priorities

Key Qualifications:
Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, and able to dedicate at least 15-20 hours/week
Experience in an administrative support role
In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A fast and reliable internet connection
Smartphone with email capabilities
Designated professional, quiet space
