About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing residential cleaning company committed to providing excellent service to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our administrative and customer service functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

Scheduling: Arrange schedules, upload new bookings, reschedule and cancel cleanings.
Running payroll.
Processing client payments.
Posting job ads and scheduling in-person interviews.
Managing weekly income and expenses.
Managing weekly snapshots.
Onboarding and offboarding clients and employees.
Organizing, updating, and managing support email and Google Calendar.
Keeping up with the sales pipeline.
Handling inbound text message and email inquiries.
Inputting business card information into the CRM.

Customer Service:

Addressing client complaints and feedback.
Basic customer service with clients and communication with employees.
Follow up with leads in the pipeline.
Call to check-in with employees on initial cleans.
Call customers after initial cleaning to see if they were satisfied with their service.
Answer inbound calls when needed.
Give customers a quote or schedule in-home estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, particularly for an American-based company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, the following software: OpenPhone, HouseCall Pro, Gusto, Gmail, Trello, Mailchimp, Indeed, 1Password, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Calendly, ChatGPT, Zapier, WordPress.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
References from previous employers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service role.
Previous experience working as a virtual assistant for an American-based company.
Experience working as a virtual assistant for any home service company.
